Develop, prepare and maintain Quality metrics, processes, and procedures to assure program, contract, customer and regulatory requirements are deployed. Lead stakeholders or analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability. Lead or support multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company processes, procedures and metrics. Develop scope, schedule, plans and lead hardware, software or system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and report results to management.
