Includes 737, 747,767 and 777 programs. Perform noted operations to inspection requirements or engineering disposition, or to other authorized instructions, where it is required to maintain and hold exacting tolerances, coordinated dimensions while deviating from normal shop practice and procedure.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>? Performing complex repairs as prescribed by MRB or other authorization in a timely manner with first pass quality<BR>? Determine the appropriate remedy for correcting problems and discrepancies occurring on the assembly line where existing planning and/or provided tooling is inadequate<BR>? Duties include but are not limited to Drilling, back drilling, reaming, and duplication of holes c/t rework/replacement parts. Re-installation on A/C by means of riveting and other fastening operations.<BR>? Locate replacement parts per drawing or MRB instruction<BR>? Perform all bench and machine operations required to fabricate rework or repair damaged parts and assemblies<BR>? Develop and make fab and assy aids and tools to alleviate problems encountered with existing assy products and tools<BR>? Monitor assigned manufacturing areas for Vought related customer service opportunities.<BR>Qualifications:<BR>Qualifications<BR>? Canidate must have a High School Diploma/Accredited GED and a minimum of 10 years related experience.<BR>Prefer candidate with a proven record of effectively working in a customer service type environment<BR>? Ability to perform operations in all areas of the manufacturing facility from Major Structures to Final Assembly and Flight Line as required<BR>? Must have working knowledge of B.A.C. specifications<BR>? Ability to use inspection tools such as scales, micrometers, ball gauges, calipers effectively<BR>? Must be able to obtain confined space certification and exhibit ability to perform rework operations in cramped, difficult areas.<BR>?
