Keep reading, this Regional Product Sales Account Manager role is looking for a VIBRANT Sales leader to join the team.<BR><BR>Assist headquarters and in-country teams to drive aggressive High Growth Market initiatives for Latin America. You will be responsible for generating sales and supporting the sales efforts of others leveraging product/services, industry, and/or technology expertise. Stay up-to-date on technical and product knowledge and experience in order to support or close a sale, as well as to identify and close additional opportunities in cooperation with assigned sales account manager. Typically has shared quota. Provides technical and product expertise to sales/key account managers for assigned product lines. Develop, track and measure strategic and tactical initiatives for assigned region.<BR><BR>Role Description:<BR>* Maintains technical and product expertise in order to sustain effectiveness as an overlay product expert, understanding product application in a variety of situations, and employing comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and industry standards.<BR>* Collaborate with other sales team members to present seminars, prepare responses to proposals, produce demos, training and address customer-requirements.<BR>* Develop specific sales strategies and plans for assigned products, markets and sales channels.<BR>* Promote product lines and solutions. <BR>* Build rapport with customers and sell to and supporting their needs.<BR>* Identifies needs by phone and in person, performs demos during customer visits, and assists customers in understanding how our solutions can support their systems.<BR>* Effectively uses company resources and system applications (CRM, ERP, etc.), and collaborates with marketing, engineering, operations and others to secure orders, renew orders, cross-sell with other company sales associates, or sell warranty or service programs.<BR>* Maintains records and develop reports to track area activity, including use of funnel management and CRM<BR>* Recommend pricing, discounts, advertising and promotions.<BR>* Provides monthly sales production and larger order forecasts to assigned manager.<BR>* Frequent travel, long hours may be required<BR><BR><BR>* BA/BS degree required. Electrical Engineer or equivalent, preferred<BR>* 5-9 years of experience with technical product sales<BR>* Spanish and English fluency in reading and writing required.<BR>* Expertise with Microsoft Office suite required(Excel and PowerPoint)<BR>* Experience with service maintenance and installation test equipment a plus<BR>* Experience with CRM/ERP applications including report design and development a plus<BR><BR>All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen a </font></td>
