               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse Educator - Clinical Specialist (Neurology)<BR>Location: Washington-Everett<BR>Job Number:_17790<BR>Providence is calling a 0.8 FTE Clinical Nurse Specialist to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.<BR>We are seeking a skilled, team-focused individual to join our nursing team.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Provide ongoing assistance and support to assigned area of expertise regarding staff development, facilitation of quality improvement activities and evidence- based nursing care<BR>* Coaches and mentors staff in their orientation to and development within the department and in the practice of nursing.<BR>* Monitors programs and processes which produce quality patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* <BR>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing<BR>* <BR>Master?s degree in Nursing<BR>* <BR>Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR>* <BR>Experience as an RN in a hospital setting<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Experience working in an acute care setting specifically in a neurology, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), Emergency Deparment (ED), critical care, and/or operating room<BR>* <BR>Experience treating complex patient cases in a neurology department<BR>* <BR>Experience developing programs and working with cross functional teams within the hospital.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA is the state?s most award-winning hospital for medical care; having received the HealthGrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence four years in a row.
