               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following with other duties as assigned.<BR>• Performs a variety of moderate to complex production assembly operations.  <BR>• Utilizes diagrams, drawings, work orders, and oral and written instructions to assemble products and sub-assemblies. <BR>• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. <BR>• Uses a variety of hand tools or production equipment. Is cross-trained in many of the shop processes. <BR>• Advanced knowledge and understanding using BMS and BAC specifications, and other types of aerospace specifications.  <BR>• Maintains a high level of quality/craftsmanship. Does basic troubleshooting and problem solving, and works with Planners and Engineers to solve problems. <BR>• Tools and machines that are used:  band saw, disk sander, rivet gun, routers, drill motors, power supplies.  Materials include adhesives, laminates, fiberglass/resins.  <BR>• All positions require experience in any and/or all of the following areas:  mechanical assembly, final assembly, seat assembly, bonding, aircraft interiors.  <BR><BR>Supervisory Responsibilities <BR>As the Lead, may perform many supervisory duties relating to the Machine Shop.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<BR>• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.<BR><BR>Education and/or Experience <BR>Position requires basic job-related courses or training in a non-technical or vocational field.  <BR>All positions require experience in any and/or all of the following areas:  mechanical assembly, final assembly, seat assembly, bonding, aircraft interiors.  <BR><BR>Language Skills <BR>• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. <BR>• Ability to write simple correspondence.  <BR>• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.<BR><BR>Reasoning Ability <BR>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</font></td>
