<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Social Media Intern<BR>Tracking Code<BR>308857-798<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Frontier Communications is seeking four web savvy students or recent graduates that have a passion for and knowledge in social media to work part-time (up to 35 hours a week) with pay and who are looking to obtain real-time marketing experience. We are looking for individuals that have an understanding of social networking sites and applications: blogs, networks, microblogging, wikis/collaborative software, and podcasts.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Contribute to the social media strategy for the Frontier portfolio of products and websites<BR>Understand key metrics and players in the Social Media communities<BR>Help manage the day-to-day aspects of Frontier Social Media sites and applications (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).<BR>Act as a resource and a liaison to all employees for relaying, monitoring and enforcing the Frontier Social Media plans and policies as well as to leverage Frontier employees to help grow the social media communities.<BR>Build Frontier-branded Online Social Communities to support sales, marketing, PR, Customer Service, Market research (customer feedback), Service Testimonials and other.<BR>For example:<BR>Outreach to key demographic segments: brings younger prospects to Frontier<BR>PR: Viral Media Initiated by Customers<BR>Generate media buzz as a result of successful social media events and promos<BR>Customer Service: new communication medium to interact with customers<BR>Research: Gain customer insight and feedback about our products, services and brand<BR>Determine target audience?s affinities - What are they into? Music groups, sports, movies, books, TV, brands, business verticals, etc. This will result in successfully engaging and growing each community.<BR>Develop socially engaging experiences to create stickiness and loyalty<BR>Identify brand evangelists and celebrity bloggers to virally spread Frontier?s value through relevant online communities.<BR>Required Skills:?<BR>? A subject matter expert on online social media tools - knows them, has used them all, understands differences, benefits, etc.<BR>? Someone with a major passion for this as a part-time job and will think creatively about how to use these tools to our benefit, will proactively seek out new tools.<BR>?
