               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Staff Analyst<BR>Location: WA-Everett<BR>PDS is seeking a Staff Analyst for an open position in Everett, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* Lead, facilitate, and track actions for the Change Approval Board meetings, Technical Review Boards and Program Reviews for the 747LCF Engineering and Maintenance (E&M) group.<BR>* Validate/establish requirements to determine appropriate reporting requirements.<BR>* Develop and maintain integrated schedules for 747LCF Engineering and Maintenance group (E&M) and create performance to plan metrics.<BR>* Serve as the Company Opportunity, Risk, and Issue System (BORIS) focal for Engineering and Maintenance (E&M) by monitoring status and developing mitigation plans.<BR>* Prepare and maintain weekly program level status briefings.<BR>* Work with leadership to identify lean projects and participate in lean events.<BR>* Serve as the Company focal/leader for Joint Operating Committee meeting with Atlas Airlines.<BR>* Facilitate/lead meetings to develop strategy and long range business plan.<BR>* Track strategies and business plans with performance to plan metrics and other appropriate to be developed metrics.<BR>* Serve as group focal for employee training, development, and recognition.<BR><BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* A Bachelor&#39;s degree and typically 10 or more years&#39; related work experience.<BR>* A Master&#39;s degree and typically 8 or more years&#39; related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<BR>* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).<BR>* Must be a U.S. person for purposes of Export Compliance. <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.<BR>If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.<BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. will comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing the use of such background checks and drug tests.<BR><BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veteran (EOE M/F/D/V)<BR><BR>Founded in 1977, PDS Tech, Inc. is one of the nation&#39;s premier specialty staffing firms with 31 offices nationwide.
