This role will allow you<BR>the opportunity to engage in a robust manufacturing environment that will<BR>provide you the ability to learn from leaders in the industry and the potential<BR>for career advancement!<BR><BR><BR>Position Description<BR><BR>This<BR>person will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and<BR>maintenance of tax records by analyzing, preparing, auditing and filing appropriate<BR>tax reports and filings. This position will have a focus on multi-state<BR>corporate tax responsibilities.<BR><BR>Primary<BR>Responsibilities <BR><BR>* Ensures that records, returns and related<BR>reports comply with all federal, state and local regulations<BR>* Support reporting for: Corporate Tax<BR>Provision, States Sales and Use Tax, State Income Tax, Tax Audits<BR>* Support Global Controllers in Statutory<BR>reporting<BR>* Advises<BR>management regarding changes/potential changes in tax law within assigned<BR>area. <BR>* Prepares<BR>all or specifically assigned tax returns and related reports<BR>* Recommends<BR>ways to minimize corporate tax<BR><BR><BR>* A Bachelor''s<BR>  degree in (Tax) Accounting (with minimum 5 years in a corporate role with<BR>  exposure to multiple states, tax compliance, reporting, and<BR>  multinational headquarter exposure), or equivalent experience. Or MBA with 3 years exp.<BR>* Advanced ERP knowledge, with Oracle being a plus<BR>* Advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)<BR>* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment<BR>* Ability to communicate technical concepts/requirements to Operations and IT teams<BR>* Prefer industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, import, export and intercompany transactions<BR>* CPA a plus<BR><BR>Job: Finance / Accounting                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
