SUMMARY Performs service activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing products at customer sites or in-house. Coordinates the technical and administrative support activities for local airline customers including technical support, administration and communication. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Maintains communication with airline customer management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or addressing problems. ? ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs preventive maintenance, modifications and field changes to installed equipment as necessary. May provide work leadership to lower level field support staff. ? Technical Support * Troubleshoots and coordinates technical support with airline maintenance and engineering departments required to maintain B/E products on or off the aircraft. ? * Supports airline customer with technical expertise resolving performance issues for all B/E cabin products. ? * Investigates and coordinates responses to customers regarding product support issues for all B/E products. ? * Deploy to customer? location for initial delivery of product ? * Respond to customer concerns warranting site attention ? * Service engineering experience ? * Internal customer support experience ? * A&P License ? * Degree preferred, 15 years experience ? * Ability to represent product support to leadership ?
