               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Reference # : 12-43062 Title : US-IT Ops Support Analyst IV<BR>Location : Everett, WA<BR>Position Type : Full Time/Contract<BR>Experience Level : Start Date / End Date : 11/05/2012 / 11/01/2013 <BR>Description<BR><BR>Job Title: US-IT Ops Support Analyst IV<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR>All RESFOR Premier Support Technicians MUST have the following skills:<BR>*Final Secret or better clearance<BR>*Security + Certified<BR>*Advanced Active Directory Knowledge and Experience<BR>*Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically XP Operating Systems)<BR>*Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat) **Please note that all technicians will be trained on SM7 for incident reporting<BR>*Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)<BR>*Knowledge of Navy customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior military experience is helpful)<BR>*Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)<BR>*Exceptional customer support skills<BR>*Able to lift and carry 50lbs<BR>*Able to work with minimal direction<BR>*Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required<BR>*Able to travel on short notice and consistently up to 90% of the month.
