               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Community Support Specialists work with adults who are developmentally disabled or chronically mentally ill, and who have extensive needs. The Specialists are responsible for assisting them with activities ranging from personal grooming and meal preparation to shopping, housekeeping, and recreational outings. The Weekend CSS works and sleeps on-site for the length of their shift.  Locations: Everett, Lynnwood and Snohomish.  Community Support Specialists need to be caring, patient, and reliable, and good communicators. A high school diploma or GED, good writing skills, and attention to detail are important characteristics for community support workers. Full-time and part-time positions are currently available. $10.20 – $11.65/hr.</font></td>
