Sales experience is required. An Ag Degree and Farm Background is preferred.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Agronomy product knowledge and sales<BR>* Analyzing customer agronomy and economic issues<BR>* Growing customer contacts and relationships<BR>* Inventory organization, accuracy, condition, and reporting<BR>* Warehouse and grounds conditions<BR>* Office conditions and supplies<BR>* Additional responsibilites -Responsible for adhering to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations -Experienced agronomists assist in on-the-job training of new agronomists<BR>* 3 to 5 years of sales experience required<BR>Hefty Seed Company is one of the largest independent ag-chemical retailer in the Midwest. In addition to ag-chemicals and seed, HSC offers Outback Guidance Systems, Schaben, Brillion, and Redball equipment; sprayer parts; and fertilizer at all of our locations.
