<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintenance of all equipment to ensure a safe operation. This position will focus on repair, construction and rehab of park buildings and facilities. <BR><BR>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>• Perform repairs to buildings and park facilities as directed. <BR>• Construction of new in-park kiosks, stages, fencing, decks and building upgrades.<BR>• Construction of event displays, stages and signage. <BR>• Responding to all maintenance related radio calls in a timely and appropriate manner. Communicate with Dispatch Office and the Maintenance team when equipment failures resort in closures.<BR>• Work with team members to ensure the complete compliance of the manufacturer’s specifications and park standards. <BR>• Maintain all appropriate documentation.<BR>• Communicate with the Maintenance Manager any hazards that arise to ensure the safe completion of repairs.<BR>• Assist the Amusement & Water Park Maintenance Teams with projects as needed.<BR>• Be a proactive member of the maintenance team.<BR>• Must be able to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.<BR>• Other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• 3 – 5 years of previous carpentry experience; experience in an Amusement park setting desired.<BR>• Must have a valid WA driver’s license.<BR>• Must have skills and knowledge of general carpentry practices. <BR>• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity a plus. <BR>• Communicate effectively and appropriately with all guests, co-workers and management.<BR>• Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work independently and have a positive attitude. <BR>• Ability to trouble-shoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.<BR>• General math skills including, but not limited to basic algebra, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and the ability to read measurements.<BR><BR>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
