               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Talent driven consulting firm which provides individual consultants, project teams, and strategic outsourcing services to clients in a wide range of industries has an immediate need for full-time Inside Sales Account Managers.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Will generate consultant assignments with new and existing client managers as well as develop long term business to business relationships through monthly calls.  Will gather organizational information such as consultant usage trends, bill rates, high demand skills, upcoming projects and educate and exchange market data with hiring managers.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>~High School Diploma/GED required for basic reading, math, and comprehension skills.<BR>~Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality with a high attention to detail.<BR>~Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls per day.<BR>~Basic computer and keyboarding skills.<BR>~Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>~Due to the diverse working environment, the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written highly preferred.<BR>~Associates Degree, or Bachelors Degree highly preferred.<BR>~Previous sales experience highly desirable.<BR><BR> <b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-time Monday through Friday with schedule to be discussed at interview.<BR><BR><b>WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$27,000 per year with no cap commission structure.  Average salary for first year is approximately $45,000.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled or closed by the employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR><i><b>Contact your local WorkSource office for a referral to this position to reserve a seat for the hiring event at the Auburn WorkSource on November 16th.  Worksource will only refer qualified candidates.</i></b><BR></font></td>
