These pros tackle challenging calls with grace and have satisfied customers to show for their hard work. <BR><BR>Responsibilities/Activities:<BR>• Interacts with customers via telephone, email or face-to-face to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues. Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard and mouse<BR>• Demonstrates basic knowledge of competitors. Determines and implements basic strategies/techniques to effectively counter competitive offers and educate customers on product comparison<BR>• Recognizes, conveys, promotes, and sells products and service value. Remains up-to-date on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize sales opportunities (e.g. marketing matrix, new product information)<BR>• Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers delivering a Quality Experience. <BR>• Promotes and recommends products and services based on a logical relationship to the customer’s needs and interests. Enters and confirms sales when appropriate. <BR>• Interacts and communicates collaboratively within the sales group and other groups, as appropriate to provide a quality customer experience. Continues to improve sales ability through ongoing training, role playing and coaching. <BR>• Consistently demonstrates ability to meet higher performance expectations (increased KPI/MPS)<BR>• Achieves overall performance goals of the organization<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>• Education:<BR>o High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required<BR>• Minimum Requirements:<BR>o 6 months + customer service and/or sales experience<BR>o Basic personal computer skills are necessary, including Windows programs and the ability to maneuver between multiple screens quickly<BR>• Preferred Requirements:<BR>o 2+ years call center experience/2+ years sales experience<BR>• Personal Characteristics<BR>o Energetic, Self-starter<BR>o Strong customer service focus, Detail-oriented with superior time management skills<BR>o Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to relate well with others<BR>o Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance</font></td>
