The role includes planning work, installing data collection devices, collecting data, interfacing with unit maintainers, and completing periodic data downloads on CBM equipment at Ft. Lewis, WA.<BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned:<BR>* <BR>Maintains program liaison with local customer management, periodic status briefings, etc.<BR>* <BR>Requests all necessary logistical support from the Program Manager (PM) and customer.<BR>* <BR>Assure that all program directives are adhered to.<BR>* <BR>Assure all corporate policies and procedures are properly adhered to.<BR>CBM Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)<BR>* <BR>Participate in the coordination and monitoring of CBM data collection on all identified vehicles at Ft. Lewis.<BR>* <BR>Coordinate and perform installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, downloading, and transmission of all CBM data on all identified vehicles at Ft. Lewis.<BR>* <BR>Provide units with periodic feedback to help with maintenance decisions/planning with respect to CBM.<BR>* <BR>Provide a detailed weekly summary of collection efforts and CBM activities (fieldings, battle-loss, materiel lessons learned, etc.)<BR>* <BR>Facilitate hardware/software configuration management across all CBM systems<BR>* <BR>Coordinate hardware/software/firmware configurations to meet data collection needs.<BR>Additional Duties:<BR>* <BR>Read and understand the Employee''s Manual, personnel policies and procedures, and advise personnel of same.<BR>* <BR>Coordinate with Lead CBM Technician to mitigate potential data collection problems when a CBM Technician will be absent from his unit or workplace for circumstances beyond his control (i.e., sick, death in family, or other prolonged absences) and assure the collection/submittal of CBM data from the unit is complete.
