               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">58201BR<BR>Business Title Computer Scientist<BR>Group TSG<BR>Location USA WASHINGTON Fort Lewis<BR>Clearance Level Needed Secret<BR>Category Systems Development<BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities Why would someone want this job? <BR>This position is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a highly specialized modeling and simulation tool critical to the needs of tomorrow&rsquo;s warfighter.<BR><BR>Primary Duties/Responsibilities:<BR>Produce production code as assigned for RPWS, at both the presentation and business logic levels, using the Java programming language.<BR>Create associated design documentation.<BR>Develop complex unit test cases tailored to detailed customer requirements for quality assurance of production software code.<BR>Perform peer reviews of above for other developers.<BR><BR>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:<BR>The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Linux operating system and the Java programming languages. <BR>Experience preparing technical design specifications and supporting documents using Unified Modeling Language (UML) with a disciplined software development process is highly desired.<BR>Experience implementing ArcGIS Engine GIS components and dynamic mapping, relational database management system (RDMS) using geospatial, server and/or embedded database tools, and general knowledge of networking, distributed computing, data compression and encryption is desired, but not required.<BR>Experience in U.S. Army tactical software and communications systems and constructive simulations such as OneSAF is also helpful.<BR><BR>Additional Requirements:<BR>Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.<BR>Qualifications Requires Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent, and zero to two years of related work experience.<BR>Additional Qualifications Must have a valid driver''s license<BR>Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education<BR>Bachelor''s Degree<BR>Years of Experience 06-08 years w/High School Diploma<BR>00-02 years w/Bachelors Degree<BR>Position Type FT<BR>Date Required 13-Oct-2012<BR>Shift Day<BR>Overview For more than 40 years, ManTech employees have been solving complex problems for the national security community.
