<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The ideal candidate must be able to perform inspection of system components, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repair of 3Kw - 100Kw Tactical Quiet Generators (TQG), their modules, circuit cards, pumps, generators, etc. to the component level. The successful candidate must also have experience in rebuilding and calibrating to lowest component level, Diesel Engines, fuel injection pumps, water-pumps and turbochargers. Welding, fabrication and corrosion control experience is a plus.<BR><BR>The preferred candidate must also be experienced in interpreting system drawings, electronic schematics, and possess high reliability soldering, cutting, torching, & welding skills. Must also have experience in the use of Test Equipment common to the trade such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, amp-meters and DC power supplies. Performs system functional analysis and failure data reporting, evaluates system performance, installs approved system modifications, and recommends system architecture and technical change proposals. Must be capable of performing analyses of system operations and performing training. Must have knowledge of and experience in the operations of hardware systems and components. Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components. Must be capable of routine system maintenance and analysis functions including: hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; installing computer OS, and repairing printed circuit boards. Must have the capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Can perform installation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair for mechanical and electr- mechanical equipment. Works with minimal supervision, documents maintenance tasks via SAMS-1E or web-based reporting system, provides system functional briefings to customer and supervisor.<BR><BR>Minimum Prerequisites:<BR><BR>DOD SECRET Security Clearance<BR><BR>Minimum (3) years directly relevant experience and an Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline. Seven (7) years directly relevant experience in lieu of the Associates degree.<BR><BR>Requires Bachelor''s degree or equivalent and two to four years of experience or High School diploma or equivalent, and eight to ten years of related experience or technical training equivalent to an Associate''s degree.<BR><BR><BR><BR>At ManTech, we are about the mission.
