               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Property Accountability Specialist (PAS) will function as part of ManTech''s Property Accountability Augmentation Team (PAAT). The PAS will perform all designated and required tasked associated with supply and inventory control at the U.S. Army unit level (Brigade and below). This includes creating and maintaining property accountability records, receiving/issuing supplies & equipment and supporting other property book management functions to include operating the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system.<BR><BR>The duties under this job title are described in the Service Contract Act (SCA), Directory of Occupations. (See Code: 01410 - Supply Technician).<BR><BR>* Maintain respective program property accountability using Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Unit Supply Enhanced (USE).<BR><BR>* Receive, inspect, inventory, load/unload, segregate, store, issue, track delivery and turn in of equipment and complete standard Army documentation based on applicable supply regulations, policies, and procedures along with written and/or verbal instructions in order to establish and maintain 100% accountability of all assigned property.<BR><BR>* Prepare, submit and post required accountability documentation to include: DA Form 3161 (Lateral Transfer, Temporary Hand Receipt, Issue and Turn-in), DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt and Shortage Annex) procedures, DA Form 4949 (Administrative Adjustment Reports).<BR><BR>* Support cyclic and monthly sensitive item inventories as prescribed by Army regulations.<BR><BR>* Process daily adjustment documents DD Form 200(financial liability investigation of property loss).<BR><BR>* Process and monitor all property and adjustment documents to ensure assets are accurately documented and issued to the correct hand receipt holder DA Form 1687 (Delegation of Authority) as well as to establish and maintain 100% property accountability.<BR><BR>* Provide technical advice; assist in training hand receipt holders and other logistics personnel on supply procedures, command supply discipline principles, supervisory responsibilities, and personal responsibilities.<BR><BR>* Administer PBUSE accounts for the property book team chief; coordinate for status, distribution, and availability of equipment; provide lateral transfer and turn-in.<BR><BR>* Safeguard all property utilizing Army key control procedures and site storage security requirements.<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Help manage the transfer of Army equipment to designated units utilizing standardized procedures and Army property regulations and policy for the coordination, layout and complete transfer of all equipment.<BR><BR>* May assist with all processes dealing with inventory procedures to include; equipment inventory layout, component list inventories, sub hand receipts and shortage annex procedures, assist with cyclic and sensitive items inventories, relocation of equipment and materials, assist with tracking paperwork processes, safeguarding equipment through key control and storage requirements.<BR><BR>* Communicate proper procedures and processes t                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
