               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Data Center Capacity Planner - ICC<BR>Location: WA-Quincy<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Data Center Capacity Planning Sr. Analyst - Dell, Inc - Quincy, WA<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>The Data Center Capacity Planning Sr. Analyst is responsible for capacity planning for the data center, ensuring infrastructure capacity for space, cabinet/network rack equipment installations, network cable installations, managing decommissioned systems, smart hands hardware break/fix support and network cable and fiber diagnostics. The position is at Dell''s Quincy Washington Data Center. <BR><BR>The candidate will be responsible for:<BR>* Assuring capacity for and planning all moves, adds and changes (MAC) utilizing requests submitted through the request management system OPAS?<BR>* Managing power /space assignments<BR>* Managing all aspects of DC floor capacity including space, power, cabling and cooling.<BR>* Plan and coordinate upgrades to DC infrastructure including  power, structured cabling, cabinets and network racks.<BR>* Audit DCIM tool for accuracy<BR>* Enter reservations in DCIM tool<BR>* Maintain data center asset inventory<BR>* Enters and updates change tickets and work requests<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR>* Knowledgeable of Data Center IT Operations<BR>* Knowledgeable of Data Center IT infrastructure<BR>* Experience with network/server and other IT hardware installation<BR>* Experience with network/server IT hardware troubleshooting and repair<BR>* Experience with network patch cable installation<BR>* Must be of physical condition to support this physically demanding position. (Must be able to lift 50 lbs and spend the entire shift working on the raised floor)<BR>* 3 years Data Center installation experience<BR>* Experience using change management and work order management software (preferably Remedy)<BR>Desired Skills:<BR>* Experience using change management and work order management software (preferably Remedy)<BR>* Experience with copper and fiber structured cabling installation<BR>* Server/Network training/certification (such as A ) <BR>* First-aid/CPR skills a plus<BR>* OSHA 10 certified a plus<BR>Minimum Educational Requirements:<BR>* High School Diploma <BR>* Associates degree in an engineering or information technology discipline preferred<BR>* Journeyman or apprentice in a mechanical or electrical field preferred<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>About Dell Inc.:<BR>Want to work in an environment where each day is focused on delivering solutions that make a real difference in people?s lives?
