               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Field Services Analyst<BR>Location: WA-Quincy<BR>The Dell Data Center Solutions (DCS) Field Technical Services Analyst provides world-class on-site service and support for Dell customers in the Quincy, WA area. This is an onsite customer facing role within large, enterprise data center environments who leverage Cloud Computing or Hyperscale Solutions to meet their business objectives. The primary role for this position will be to perform onsite troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades of Dell DCS Servers.<BR>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<BR>? Performs hands-on and in-depth troubleshooting and associated repairs of failed server and storage systems.<BR>? Performs thorough documentation of all service activities.<BR>? Manages on-site parts locker including inventory control.<BR>? Works autonomously in providing on-site technical support to customers.<BR>? Working collaboratively in a team environment. <BR><BR>? Advanced hands-on experience troubleshooting & repairing Enterprise Level Servers.<BR>? Experience in large 24x7 Data Center environments.<BR>? Possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written.<BR>? Strong customer facing skills, with change management experience.<BR>? Self starter with demonstrated ability to work with little supervision or guidance.<BR>? Ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution.<BR>? Exhibit a flexible schedule reacting to customer needs 24x7.<BR>? Comptia A , Comptia Server , RHCE, LINUX, Windows, CCNA, ITIL a strong PLUS<BR>? 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree is preferred.<BR>About Dell: Collaboration. Individual drive.
