Car must get at least 20 miles plus per gallon of fuel.  * Proficiency with current working knowledge of computer programs.   * Availability and willingness to drive your vehicle 5 days a week in all weather conditions and any day of the week as scheduled  * Pass pre-employment background check (No criminal history)  * Experience using current technology of Computers,GPS units,Trouble shooting office equipment  *Position requires walking around unassisted on uneven ground in all weather conditions.  *Ideal candidate will have professional attire and demeanor.   *Manage time well.    JOB DUTIES:  * Drive on local roads and interstate  * Work out of office in Hermiston, OR and drive around Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington to perform mortgage inspections  * Verify property condition in writing and with photos  * Provide customer service and complete all required paperwork in English   * Talk with occupants if any, to verify listed information    TRAINING:   2 days minimum training at minimum wage.  Training held in Portland, paid hotel and 2 meals.  Pay for first 90 days is $10.  HOURS: Shifts vary, normally- 8am to 5pm, Days to be determined.  PAY: $11.50 an hour, offers 401K, 1 week vacation per year, 4 paid holidays.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
