WorkSource will screen all applicants and refer only qualified candidates.</b><BR><BR><b>WORKSOURCE COLUMBIA BASIN POLICY IS TO MAKE JOB REFERRALS ONLY TO THOSE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY FOR THE OCCUPATION AND WORKPLACE FOR WHICH THEY ARE APPLYING</b><BR><BR><BR>FORKLIFT LOADER/ FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION (Y)<BR><BR>An employer from Hermiston is looking for two forklift loaders for a night and weekend shifts.  Candidates for these positions would be responsible for loading and unloading finished goods, WIP (work in progress) and packaging at the Pack Plant with minimal supervision.  Candidate will have skills to move product in and out of the plants as needed, and ability to communicate with supervisors, office personnel, and customers as needed. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><BR>*Must have 2-4 years of Hyster experience.<BR><BR>*Able to read and veirfy shipping documents.<BR><BR>*Able to verify pallet tags match paperwork.<BR><BR>*Able to make critical desicions while following company procedures.<BR> <BR>*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced<BR>environment. <BR><BR>*Ability to work nights and weekends<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>*Bilingual in Spanish to communicate with non-english speaking personnel.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$11.00 - $13.00 DOE. with benefits package.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Nights: 4:30PM - 3:00AM including weekends, six days per week.  <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired or at the direction of the employer.  Agricultural and Food Processing referrals are restricted to applicants within commuting distance of the work site.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person with this job order number for referral instructions (with a resume).<BR><BR>If you are referred to this position, your name will be shared with the employer for verification and follow up purposes.</font></td>
