Able to properly train new employees and ensure all current employees are properly trained for safety and operational procedures. Follow and enforce company food safety policies regarding GMP'S.  Able to communicate with Plant Manager and Office staff for short and long term planning.  <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*High School Diploma.<BR><BR>*Must have 2-4 years experience as Lead or Supervisor and working with computers (Microfsoft Word, Excel, Word 2010 and related software.<BR><BR>*Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate with workers and administrators.<BR><BR>*Well-organized, able to function well under pressure & with high volumes.<BR> <BR>*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced<BR>environment. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>none<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$15.00 - $17.00 DOE.
