<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Clinical Nurse Manager-Dialysis Department<BR>Location: Oregon-Hood River<BR>Job Number:_18053<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager-Dialysis Department for a day shift position at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Be accountable for the planning, direction, and operations of Dialysis Department.<BR>* Perform all activities in a manner that supports a collaborative planning and quality improvement process enhancing quality patient care.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Degree may be substituted by three or more years work experience requiring knowledge of operations to include staffing and scheduling, budget management and workflow planning.<BR>* Current license as RN in the state of Oregon.<BR>* CPR certification.<BR>* Two or more years previous RN management level experience.<BR>* Two or more years work experience in a Dialysis Unit required or Dialysis certification.<BR>* Two or more years experience working in as a CCU or ACU RN with demonstrated assessment capabilities.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR><BR>* BSN preferred.<BR>* Formal course work in management, finance, and other administrative subjects preferred. <BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
