<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION :</b> <BR>Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Achieve mutually agreed upon sales and customer satisfaction goals. <BR>Specific Responsibilities:<BR><li>Responsible for the sales of PaperStone to residential customers and home builders. </li> <BR><li>Collects market intelligence on the market, company versus competitor value propositions, market trends and performance gaps/opportunities. </li> <BR><li>Develops and shares a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking. </li><BR><li>Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory. </li><BR><li>Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics/values codes. </li><BR><li>Contributes to the development of PaperStone educational programs for customers and specifiers. </li><BR><li>Stresses key points of competitive differentiation and builds PaperStone brand equity. </li><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b><BR><li>2+ years sales experience</li><BR><li>While a college education is not a requirement, good reasoning, mathematical, verbal and written communication and computer skills are. </li> <BR><li>The proven ability to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals is critical. </li><BR><li>A proven ability to generate sales leads, referrals and repeat business. </li><BR><li>A hard worker with an ability to work unsupervised in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment. </li><BR><li>An innate resilience, optimism and enthusiasm. </li><BR><li>Creative and resourceful. </li><BR><li>Courageous, willing to take on the boss and anyone else, if need be. </li><BR><li>An ability to set and then, if necessary, reset key short and longer term priorities. </li><BR><li>An interest in and a willingness to learn all about our product and its relative attractiveness in different markets. </li> <BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE :</b><BR>Flexible, consistent with actual performance<BR><BR><b>SALARY/ WAGE/ BENEFITS :</b> <BR>Commission based sales position<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE :</b> Candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
