               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Costco Wholesale Corporation is seeking a Cognos Business Intelligence Analyst for its Issaquah office.<BR><BR>Job Description:  Primarily responsible for the development of Costco Business Intelligence applications, including robust, strategic reports containing key performance indicators for company executives and management. Responsible for the successful delivery of reports and dashboards required by the business. Work closely with customers to identify and create the correct data elements and screens. Participate in architecture sessions, design sessions, code development, and code review sessions for the Data Warehouse area. Act as development lead on projects to ensure that Costco’s System Development Life Cycle is followed and the required artifacts are produced, this includes documenting business and system requirements for all work, creating conceptual and detailed design documents, providing accurate and timely estimates (work breakdown and schedules), documenting and executing software test plans and defining and implementing standards and best practices for software development. Work with the DBA and ETL teams to ensure the proper data is loaded into the Data Warehouse. Requires extensive knowledge of the entire Cognos suite of tools including Framework Manager and Report Studio.<BR><BR>Job Requirements:  5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation including: <BR><BR>• 3 years of development experience through the full lifecycle using Cognos Report Studio and Cognos Framework Manager<BR>• 3 years of Cognos administration experience<BR>• 3 years of experience designing metadata tools<BR>• 3 years of SQL query-writing experience<BR>• 3 years of experience with DB2/LUW<BR><BR>Experience may be gained concurrently.
