Have a knack for translating legal text into real-world solutions?<BR><BR>Customer Service Licensing Specialists work toward facilitating the purchase and understanding of Microsoft software licenses in an accurate and timely manner. Product Use Rights, Volume Licensing Agreements and Enrollments, OEM and Retail Licensing Terms, the Service Provider Licensing Agreement, and more are in scope for this role. CS Licensing Specialists engage with customers, Partners, and field through inbound phone queues and email. Additionally, a CS Licensing Specialist will engage as a SME in projects, as well as leading their own contributions to improve process and advocate on behalf of customers.<BR><BR>Key deliverables andResponsibilities include:<BR><BR>Achieve service delivery performance goals and a high level of accuracy and knowledge in Microsoft licensing: the core responsibility of a Customer Service Licensing Specialist is to answer licensing questions accurately. This requires being present and available on a specific schedule to answer questions via phone and email. Service delivery is measured by individual contribution to basic, functional metrics like Quality of Service, call coaching scores, average handle time, utilization, and service level. CS Licensing Specialists are expected to generate Sales Leads when working with external Microsoft customers.<BR><BR>Contribute to regular rhythm of operations and improve processes: To adequately understand the licensing business and how to best support our customers, CS Licensing specialists are tasked with owning operational processes and reporting. Individuals or groups within the team generate and analyze BI for the team as a whole in a regular, monthly rhythm.<BR><BR>Work with internal clients to reduce licensing complexity and improve the purchasing experience: CS Licensing Specialists are expected to proactively work to reduce licensing complexity and eliminate current, ongoing, and potential pain points. Deliverables are measured by participation, individual success metrics for each project, and client feedback.<BR><BR>Build relationships with existing internal clients; identify and create relationships new internal clients: A CS Licensing Specialist must look for opportunities to expand relationships with existing stakeholders, generate new stakeholders, and find new and impactful ways to deliver licensing help.
