               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">National variety retailer has an immediate need for part-time Customer Service Specialists to work in their new Issaquah store.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Will oversee all front end activities including customer service, merchandising, and shrinkage control.  Will respond and take action in regard to customer concerns, maintain and assist with point-of-sale operations including efficient check-out, positive customer engagement and driving customer loyalty program participation.  Will adjust point-of-sale coverage to business demands and over see associate break and lunch assignments.  Will coordinate daily front-end maintenance including checkstand cleanliness, replenishment of merchandise and supplies and floor safety.  Will assist management with cashier training and provide direction to associates in the absence of store management.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>~High School Diploma/GED required for basic reading, math, and comprehension skills.<BR>~Strong customer service and communication skills are required.<BR>~Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.<BR>~Mobility to move freely throughout the sales floor and stockroom on a continual basis throughout the shift required.  Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required.  Frequently required to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop or kneel.<BR>~Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.<BR>~Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>~Due to the diverse working environment, the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written highly preferred.<BR>~Previous retail experience highly preferred.<BR><BR> <b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-time Monday through Sunday from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with schedule to be discussed at interview.<BR><BR><b>WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$9.04 to $12.00 per hour depending on experience.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled or closed by the employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR><i><b>Contact your local WorkSource office for a referral to this position.  WorkSource will only refer qualified candidates.</i></b><BR></font></td>
