We are looking for a strong, high energy, sales & solution oriented, strategic Sales Manager to lead the US Dynamics Inside Sales organization selling Microsoft''s ERP and CRM solutions. The Dynamics Inside Sales organization is comprised of multiple teams focused on:<BR>Effectively qualifying and passing net new business sales pipeline to partners and field sales teams<BR>Driving and closing incremental license revenue from our larger customers within our existing ERP customer base<BR>Driving Microsoft CRM sales at scale in the high growth CTM customer sub segment<BR>Supporting Inside Sales functions above with effective Technical Presales support<BR>The team works in concert with the Dynamics field sales teams to drive, close and exceed sales revenue quotas.<BR><BR>KeyResponsibilities include:<BR>Sales Leadership<BR>Set the tone for the team with a disciplined focus on exceeding all Revenue & Scorecard targets. Assume full responsibility and accountability for the Dynamics business results delivered by the Inside Sales organization. Build great sales rigor, with a strong focus on forecasting accuracy, pipeline & velocity, successful handoffs, and a clear view of how we will exceed plan and grow our businesses. Build a high performing team by setting a high performance bar and achieve maximum performance by motivating, retaining, and attracting strong people. In addition to this, you will also have (or build) deep expertize in Dynamics and a strong focus on delivering great customer and partner satisfaction.<BR><BR>People Leadership<BR>As an M2, Lead through your managers to deliver exceptional sales results. Build a high performance sales team and a world class selling culture where our sellers can make a big impact. Recruit, develop, retain the best people and set team priorities to optimize results. As an M2 you will also focus on building and developing our leadership talent, and have broader context and impact in how they lead the business.<BR><BR>TeleSales Expert<BR>Own US Dynamics Tele business end to end, build on the foundation of our existing Tele capabilities, implement a deliberate sourcing strategy, and build resource models optimizing both FTE & Vendor resources. Construct a deliberate RPH/CPH and resourcing model to optimize all h/c and vendor investments with a predictable ROI model. Leverage data, analytics and insight to inform business decisions, and improve processes with closed loop accountabilities. Develop and refine core capabilities and capacity, and identify and leverage Tele levers that can be adjusted to maximize revenue, increase efficiencies, and increase CPE.<BR><BR>Business Management<BR>Assume responsibility for related business management rhythms including: forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity management, win/l </font></td>
