In the last year, we launched Answer Desk to provide customer consultation and deliver more impactful customer solutions through a premium service offering for issues needing deeper support. Our Premium Service customer survey results show that customers are very satisfied with their paid support experience with Microsoft. The Answer Desk Global Sales Lead will oversee our worldwide Answer Desk Sales accountability partnering with Delivery and our Marketing team to create a growing and sustainable sales environment that achieves and exceeds our Revenue goals that support our consult offerings. This person will be responsible for ensuring all vendors programs have all the necessary components for successful selling, including people, process, technology and motivation. The role will require sales management, training, project management and flawless implementation and communication skills.<BR>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>Conduct sales effectiveness due diligence with new and existing offerings and sites.<BR>Analyze and recommend additions and changes to existing sites.<BR>Assist with design and development of the optimal selling culture and components of our Answer Desk Sales Center of Excellence.<BR>Develop long term sustainable processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all Sales Center of Excellence success factors.<BR>Recommend changes to hiring, agent profiles, training, process, tools, technology and incentives to drive improved sales results.<BR>Identify and partner across the organization to implement changes, share best practices, and create the most effective sales environment.<BR>Accountable for sales success as measured by gross and net revenue for each site, region and across the global business.<BR>Other duties as required by business needs.<BR>Education & Professional Certifications:<BR>Bachelor''s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with six to eight years sales related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience<BR>Candidate Profile:<BR>Must have proven track record of successful sales management, leadership and training (preferably in a contact center environment).<BR>Preferred experience building a Sales program E2E<BR>Must have B2C sales and sales management experience.<BR>Experience leading cross site initiatives preferred.<BR>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively utilizing presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written skills.<BR>Demonstrated ability to lead a virtual team or project remotely.<BR>Strong project management skills (time, people, projects).<BR>Ability to work a flexible schedule.<BR>Travel required                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
