<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Change Analyst (CA) is responsible to oversee/assist in the creation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). The CA must ensure all ECO and Document Control processes are rigorously followed and all regulatory requirements, levied by 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 and procedures, are satisfied prior to finalizing all ECOs. The CA will thoroughly understand all aspects of the ECO process. Also, maintains, archives and research of hardcopy legacy documents. ResponsibilitiesChange Analyst- Monitors Agile processes, procedures and practices, and ensures Engineering Change Orders comply with regulatory standards and the quality management system.- Ensures user compliance with work instructions - Assists with the review of Engineering Change Orders for compliance with applicable procedures, work instructions and forms- Assists with reviewing and creating ECO work instructions - Originates ECOs, as required- Updates and maintains global CA work instructions, as required - Notifies management when Stop Ships are initiated and when they resume- Manages electronic media validation and duplication- Troubleshoots Agile PLM ECO Originator issues - Researches and reports ECO metrics- Conducts Agile tutoring and trainingJoin Aerotek, one of the leading providers of engineering and engineering support professionals in North America.
