Must have demonstrated strong financial and business acumen as well as strong analytical skills to support and drive strategic and financial initiatives.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR>* Drive deal analyst being the point of approval for all &ldquo;non-standard&rdquo; pricing of products<BR>* Responsible for all revenue forecasting activities working closing with sales department to continuously update the world wide forecast<BR>* Support divisions through ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, including new business opportunities, pricing analysis, customer and product line proformas<BR>* Manage the monthly close process for the sales and marketing organizations. <BR>* Partner with the sales and marketing organizations to drive revenue and profitability goals. <BR>* Provide regular analysis of sales and profitability data in order to understand current sales situation and improve our sales and profitability going forward.<BR>* Closely manage expenses for the sales and marketing organizations<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>* <BR>Minimum 5 years experience in finance related roles in financial planning and analysis, business analysis financial modeling, or forecasting<BR>* BA or BS, preferably in Business or finance<BR>* MBA preferred<BR>* Ability to effectively utilize data to provide insightful analysis and prudent recommendations<BR>* Works effectively in ambiguous situations<BR>* Demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation.<BR>* Ability to work independently,<BR>* Excellent problem solving skills<BR>* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to Senior Management<BR>* Advanced Excel skills. <BR>* Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e. Hyperion, Essbase, MfgPro, Oracle, SAP, etc),<BR>* Strong work ethic; proven track record for delivering on commitments<BR>* Adaptable/flexible in response to multiple requests and frequent changes<BR>* Ability to work effectively in a team environment<BR>Equal Opportunity Employer                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
