The Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer must possess the desire and ability to maintain and repair all plant equipment. As a member of the Issaquah team the Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer will be a partner in the Operations Division. The Maintenance Engineer&rsquo;s role is to maintain and repair plant machinery and assist with special projects. <BR><BR>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<BR><BR><BR>* Experience in trouble shooting and repair of production equipment<BR>* Strong leadership and communication skills, interest and ability in leading and training others.<BR>* Ability to troubleshoot and repair electric motors and controls up to 480V<BR>* Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics<BR>* Strong technical and hands on experience with pneumatics, hydrolics, mechanical systems, electronic controls, refrigeration, boiler operations and preferably wastewater treatment operations.<BR>* Background in welding and fabrication, knowledge of sanitary welding preferred<BR>* Understanding and experience of Preventive Maintenance, CMMS<BR>* Previous management/supervisory experience preferred<BR>* Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and maintain equipment and records<BR>* Understanding and knowledge of work orders<BR>* Ability to manage multiple priorities<BR>* Certification may be required<BR>* Excellent communication skills<BR>* Strong team player  <BR><BR>Education, Experience and Certifications:<BR><BR>* Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance or related experience <BR>* Formal education in a related field preferred<BR><BR>Note: <BR><BR>We offer our employees a team oriented work environment, competitive salary, and an excellent benefit package including an education assistance program.<BR><BR>Darigold is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
