<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC) is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in our Issaquah Clinic!<BR><BR>UWNC is a part of the UW Medicine Health System; we are affiliated with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, Northwest Hospital & Medical Center, Valley Medical Center, UW Physicians, the UW School of Medicine and Airlift Northwest. UW Neighborhood Clinics is a not for profit, community-based, physician-led primary care network serving patients in nine clinic locations throughout the greater Seattle Area.<BR><BR>Why should you come join us? We also provide an excellent compensation package that includes a competitive starting salary, generous paid time off, and full benefits including 401(k) and retirement plan.<BR><BR>The new member of the team will perform general nursing care to patients, including administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance to UWNC standards. This position will also formulate and update patient care plans, order/prepare and inspect patient’s charts, post tests and treatment results, patient phone triage under the supervision of the provider, instruct patients in preparation for procedures, assist in directing patients to ancillary testing areas, and make 24 hour follow up calls to check on patients progress.<BR> <BR>The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a fast paced office setting, preferably in a primary care environment. Graduate of a practical nurse program and licensed in Washington State is required. This individual should also have 1 year Medical Assistant experience.
