The position provides direction for all aspects of daily operations, strategic direction and initiatives and the sale processes for the Spacelabs Healthcare Cardiology sales organization. <BR><BR>Position requires individual to provide a high degree of leadership and direction to Sales Executives in compliance with Spacelabs policies and procedures. The position is responsible for ensuring national sales volume objectives are established and obtained, and that budget goals are secured. The position coordinates and directs the work activities of assigned Sales Executives and is responsible for the training and development of these individuals. <BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Recruit, Lead, develop and retain a world class sales organization.<BR>* Develop and manage superior customer relationships.<BR>* Develop objectives for each of the Sales Executives in the region. <BR>* Work with other functional groups to develop strategies and tactics that ensure success.<BR>* Develop an annual sales plan for the market to meet identified goals. <BR>* Work with each of the Sales Executives so that they can develop plans for their respective territories.<BR>* Review the results with each Sales Executive on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Work with each person and organization to modify their plans accordingly so that they can meet agreed upon objectives and forecasts.<BR>* Review the organization’s results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and discuss with the VP, US Sales. Modify plans and strategies accordingly so that agreed upon objectives can be met.<BR>* Work with each Sales Executive, Distributor, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Service, Clinical Education, Finance and Departments supporting their activities to develop sales strategies for key accounts, large sales objectives and major competitors.<BR>* Provide the leadership, and motivation necessary for the Sales Executives and distributors to meet their own and the national organization’s objectives.<BR>* Assist in developing and implementing sales ventures/projects as required by senior management.<BR>* Develop proficiency in clinical/technical knowledge, applications, strategic and tactical sales skill and competitive product knowledge for the Cardiology products, at the expert level. Attend product training to develop expertise in the Spacelabs Healthcare and Cardiology product offerings.<BR>* Provide for the training and development of each Sales Executive. Evaluate their needs, set joint objectives and develop a plan to provide the training and coaching required.<BR>* Operate within the approved expense budget for the fiscal year.<BR>* Routinely update the CRM sal </font></td>
