NAES is a full service provider offering a complete array of services dedicated to making facilities run more safely, reliably and cost-effectively.<BR>GENERAL SUMMARY<BR>Develop and implement plans, schedules, procedures, tools and processes required to establish and maintain a comprehensive NERC CIP Reliability Compliance Program. Support the implementation of NERC CIP programs at NAES operated plants to ensure full compliance with all applicable NERC CIP Reliability standards. Provide guidance and direction to other NERC Specialists on those assigned projects that require additional resources. Ensure that all contract requirements are met.<BR><BR>PRIMARY DUTIES<BR><BR>Support growing the product line and service offerings of the business unit.<BR><BR>Develop and implement plans, schedules, procedures, tools and processes required to establish and maintain a comprehensive NERC CIP Reliability Compliance Program for use by NAES-operated plants and outside customers.<BR><BR>Plan, develop, and execute training programs designed to ensure compliance with NERC CIP Reliability Compliance program requirements by plant personnel.<BR><BR>Prepare communication documents to promulgate information related to the NERC CIP Reliability Compliance Program to ensure that affected Parties are knowledgeable of all requirements.<BR><BR>Travel to plant sites to assist in the performance of NERC CIP Compliance Assessments, Gap Analyses, compliance program setups, mock audits, audit participation and training of plant personnel. Participate in industry forums.<BR><BR>Ensure that all contract requirements are met on assigned projects, including but not limited to the following: the issuing of required reports, development of production delivery schedules, tracking of project status against planned execution, timely issuing and correctness of all project invoices.
