<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care<BR>Location: Washington-Issaquah<BR>Job Number:_13654<BR>Providence is calling a Registered Nurse to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, WA .<BR>We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and reliable nursing care to the individuals who live in our skilled nursing facility.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Act as an advocate for patients in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity and security.<BR>* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to prepare and administer individualized nursing plans.<BR>* Have responsibility for providing direct patient care to subacute patients and long term care residents, which may include those with Alzheimer?s and Dementia.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing<BR>* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR>* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Program (CPR) certification<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* At least six-months of nursing experience<BR>* Prior patient care experience in acute, subacute, long term care and/or with Alzheimer?s or Dementia patients<BR>* Experience supervising nursing assistants<BR>About the skilled nursing facility you will serve.<BR>Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington compassionately serves people of all ages and faiths. Our Transitional Care Unit is designed for patients coming out of the hospital who need skilled nursing care, end of life care, or rehabilitation for those recovering from surgery or who have a functional loss from illness, disease, or an accident.
