We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, inspired by the responsibility for achieving goals, and individuals with excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm and drive to exceed our customer expectations - every time!<BR><BR>As we celebrate our 80th year in business in the Pacific Northwest we currently have openings for a full-time Sales Associate / Driver to service our commercial and retail customers at our Issaquah location.<BR><BR>Candidates must be service oriented, reliable, and ready to join a strong store team. Must be eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment for participating as a team member of the store unit providing exceptional performance in the areas of customer service, product sales and operating processes. Support Branch management in day-to-day operations of branch.<BR><BR>This is a full-time position. $10 - 12 per hour - depending on experience. Rodda Paint utilizes a temp-to-permanent agency for at least the first 520 hours of employment. Once eligible, Rodda Paint offers an attractive affordable group benefits package (Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx); paid-time-off (PTO), 401(k) with a company matched portion, and an opportunity for career growth. Experience with retail sales preferred and paint sales and tinting a plus!<BR><BR>Requirements for position: 18+ years old; criminal background /driver abstract check, drug screen at offer; must be able to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds to waist level both assisted and unassisted; and have a valid Washington State Driver's license.
