Serves as the empathetic voice of our customers within Microsoft and provides timely and comprehensive resolutions to all customer issues.<BR>Positively influences external customer satisfaction and retention by receiving and effectively managing complex, mission-critical or politically sensitive customer escalations from various areas within Microsoft- including all executive offices.<BR>Build and navigate a robust corporate network. Establish and maintain relationships with internal resources while seeking out opportunities to leverage knowledge when advocating for customers.<BR>Provide compelling business rationale for Business Group (BG)/Product Group (PG)/SMEs/etc. to successfully resolve customer/partner issues and drive future improvements.<BR>Be an agent of change by identifying broad systemic issues that impact customers/partners on a regional/global scale driving organizational change that improves Microsoft products, services and the customer experience.<BR>Provide superior engagement documentation that enables business agility, deep business intelligence, knowledge sharing, improved time to resolution.<BR>Effectively communicate customer issues, project status, business risks, and proposed solutions in a timely manner that can influence leadership, stakeholders, SME''s, and customers.<BR>Comprehensive, in-depth understanding of CPAT-NA''s business metrics.
