We are Looking for a Support Analyst to be a SME (Subject Manager Expert) who will answer customer questions and inquires regarding applications for the Windows Mobile Phone via email and forums.There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of individuals and companies developing Apps for the Window Phone. Once the App has been developed the individual or client company needs to submit the newly developed App for processing. This team provides the Global non-Technical Support for the App Submission Tool. All support is provided via Email and Forums - no "phone" support.<BR>This is an estimated 18+ month Contingent/Temporary position located in Sammamish, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources located in Redmond, WA.
