We source, trade, process and distribute grain and oilseeds. The main bulk products handled are wheat, corn, oilseeds, barley and sorghum, as well as vegetable oils, meals and ethanol. This group works closely Cargill''s ocean freight logistics business. Cargill Grain & Oilseed Supply Chain employs 20,000 people in 46 countries. We operate 245 interior silos, 28 import/export elevators, 62 crush plants and palm oil plantations in Indonesia. It also encompasses three vegetable oil refineries and numerous joint ventures. Cargill Grain & Oilseed Supply Chain has developed significant expertise in handling identity-preserved and differentiated products that sustain their distinctiveness in overseas markets. Close cooperation with our Trade and Structured Finance business unit, and the company''s risk management teams adds a further range of financial and hedging products to the products and services offered.<BR><BR>Position Overview<BR>Direct accountability, leadership and oversight of maintenance, electrical, electronic and instrumentation craft persons and supplementary outside resources for a grain export facility.  Strong working knowledge of material handling equipment, such as elevator legs, belt conveyor drives, grain dryers, and structural defect recognition. Accountable for uptime of the facility driving the ability for the team to meet the challenging demands of production running 24/7. Strong ability to find the root cause of problems through leadership and relentless determination for process improvement. Execute correct application of Reliability Strategies such as Proactive Work Activities, On-Condition and Predictive Technologies, RCM, Craft Skills Development, Proper Planning and Scheduling Functions, Precision Maintenance and Cause Analysis. Expected execution of aligned Grain Oilseed Supply Chain reliability practices will reduce operating cost while improving Overall Equipment effectiveness and Asset Utilization. Troubleshoot equipment failures and oversee coordination of proactive and reactive activities on a day-to-day basis.<BR><BR>Principal Accountabilities<BR>* 30% Lead the facility team of crafts persons and contractors by utilizing the Cargill leadership Model. Also coordinate all predictive and On-Condition Contracts. <BR>* 20% Lead, supervise and coordination of proactive, reactive and modifications work type and management of formal work flow system.
