               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Resolve requests from end users for technical assistance with desktop computer problems in classrooms and school offices. This position is the primary day to day fix it person for desktop and laptop computers.<BR><BR>Document and communicate status of requests and work completed in the district technology support tracking system<BR><BR>Install and configure new computers and software according to district standards<BR><BR>Work with vendor technology support and vendor web sites to research possible solutions to problems, including downloading drivers and patches<BR><BR>Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel between district buildings as needed<BR><BR>Must have ability to lift and maneuver computer equipment as necessary with assistance and use ladders per safety guidelines<BR><BR>Must have physical ability to stoop, bend, kneel, or crawl to plug in and trouble shoot equipment under tables or desks; physical ability to move or reposition equipment</font></td>
