               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Employer seeking reliable applicants to perform maintenance work  which may require physical labor such as climbing ladders, lifting and doing repair work in small spaces.  As the pool person you will be responsible to maintain pool cleanliness including the chemical balance in the pool.   <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience<BR>* Physically fit able to climb ladders and work in small spaces<BR>* Must have experience patching walls, minor plumbing, landscaping, etc<BR>* Able to maintain pool including chemical balances of water<BR>* Must have reliable transportation for emergency on-call purposes<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* 3 months pool experience or willing to learn     <BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>* 20 to 30 hours per week<BR>* Must be available all days of the week<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>* Wage will depend on experience and qualifications<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE</b><BR>* Open until filled or at the direction of the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b>  <BR>* <b>In person process: </b> Contact your nearest WorkSource Office with WA job number.<BR>* Employment Specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Cowlitz/Wahkiakum.<BR>* <b>Online process: </b> Email the required application materials to <u>bsucowlitz@esd.wa.gov</u>.
