               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>Employer located in Camas, WA is in need of an experienced mechanic.  This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.  Tasks may include installing machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings. This is a temp to hire position.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :</b> <BR><i>Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. </i><BR>* High school diploma/GED<BR>* Minimum 2 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic<BR>* Must have reliable transportation<BR>* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds<BR>* Must have working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems<BR>* Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics<BR>* Demonstrated excellent communication skills and decent mathematical ability<BR>* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b> <BR>* Will be trained on day shift and then moved to swing or grave shift<BR>* Must also be flexible in working weekends and rotating shifts if needed<BR>* Temp to hire position<BR>* Monday through Friday<BR>* 3PM to 11PM or 11PM to 7AM<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b> <BR>* $16.00 per hour<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: </b><BR>* Open until filled or at the direction of the employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: </b>  <BR>* <b>In person process: </b> Contact your nearest WorkSource Office with WA job number.<BR>* Employment Specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Cowlitz/Wahkiakum.<BR>* <b>Online process: </b> Email the required application materials to <u>bsucowlitz@esd.wa.gov</u>.
