Please plan accordingly when you apply. </b> <BR><BR>AUTOBODY AND PAINT TECHNICIAN, FULL-TIME (Y)<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>New business is in need of a Autobody and Paint Technician to perform general autobody repairs and paint vehicles. Will sand body areas to be painted and cover bumpers, windows, and trim with masking tape or paper to protect them from the paint. Grind down welds to smooth them, using power grinders and other tools. Prime and paint repaired surfaces, using paint sprayguns and motorized sanders.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>All qualifications and experience appearing in the job description and below are mandatory, AND MUST BE REFLECTED IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REFERRAL.<BR><BR>*High School Diploma/GED.<BR><BR>*Two (2) plus years experience in Autobody Repair and Paint Tech.<BR><BR>*Must be able to communicate with customers and receive instructions from employer.<BR><BR>*Must have a valid WSDL to drive company vehicle.<BR><BR>*Reliable transportation.<BR><BR>*Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>*N/A<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and some Saturdays depending on business needs. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$13.00/Hour/no benefits  <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired or at the direction of the employer.  <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person with this job order number for referral instructions.
