The Analyst is the first individual to communication with the majority of our departmental customers. They are responsible to meet daily productivity requirements for preparation of paper medical records, scanning and indexing into the records management system (HPF). They are committed to a maximum 24 hour turn- around time to ensure records access for KPHD. The Analyst must maintain workflow queues and update as needed. This position is responsible for accurate and timely submission of birth certificates as required by the State of Washington.
