               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Title Manager Continuous Improvement- Reliability Based Maintenance<BR>Job Function Manufacturing/Operations<BR>City Kennewick<BR>State Washington<BR>Full Time/Part Time Full Time<BR>Job Summary Following the TPM model known as CPS within ConAgra, be the Proactive Maintenance (Equipment Reliability) Pillar Lead for the Lamb Weston business unit and also a TPM Practitioner providing general support to two manufacturing plants. Responsible for helping develop LW?s Maintenance Management Program towards a world class reliability based system. Primary deliverable is to facilitate doing the right work at the right time in the right way in order to improve equipment reliability while reducing maintenance spend. Help develop systems and process controls to achieve program objectives; train managers and supervisors in these systems; be a resident expert in SAP-ALM (the CMMS system); challenge our managers to improve the technical skill sets of trade personnel to ensure that we have well balanced skills based upon operational needs. Create standardized practices throughout Lamb Weston in regards to maintenance management.  Work directly with two plants as their CPS Practitioner, helping them to establish a TPM based work culture.<BR>Position Responsibilities ?  Lead the implementation of Proactive Maintenance practices across Lamb Weston<BR>?  Identify internal and external maintenance best practices? and work to implement these practices/systems within Lamb Weston plant locations<BR>?  Ensure that we are doing the right maintenance work at the right time in the right way in order to improve equipment reliability while reducing maintenance spend<BR>?  Network with other CPS PM Pillar leads in ConAgra to share best practices and standardized approaches<BR>?<BR>?  Align PM tools to improve mean time to repair and mean time between failure loss improvements<BR>?  Lead implementation of capital projects using early management methodology<BR>?  Working knowledge of SAP PM functionality<BR>?  Maintain close alignment with Continuous Skills Development and Autonomous Manfacturing Pillars, Plant Managers, Corporate Engineering, MRO Procurement and Plant Maintenance Teams<BR>?   Work with a team of 8 other CI Experts and 15 Maintenance Managers<BR>?  Other duties as assigned<BR>Position Qualifications ?  10 years related experience<BR>?  Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or similar field.
