Please plan accordingly when you apply. </b> <BR><BR>SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE, FULL-TIME (Y)<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>A local large arcade/birthday party and event recreation facility is seeking a Sales and marketing Representative to develop business to business relationships, contact businesses and other potential customers daily in person, by phone and other media to promote and sell organization events, fundraisers, parties, and banquets.The reponsibilities of the position will include assisting with the management of events and the marketing of the facility in general.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*High School diploma or GED.<BR><BR>*12 months experience as a Sales, Marketing or Account  Representative in either inside or outside sales. 12 months experience in a Sales/Marketing department will also qualify.<BR><BR>*Proficiency with computer applications including Word and the internet.<BR><BR>*Communication and presentation skills to make sales calls and promote services in person to individuals and groups.<BR><BR>*Phone skills to describe and promote services to potential customers over the phone.<BR><BR>*Positive, energetic, creative, attitude to promote services and to ensure quality service to party guests which will include children and adults of various ages. <BR><BR>*Driver's License to drive to various potential customers businesses to promote services.<BR><BR>*Background check. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends depending on events scheduled. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$9.04/hour plus DOE, plus commission.
