 <td align="left">VP Exempt - Non-Exclusive UPSCALE SECURITY OFFICER, QUINCY, FT Honorably discharged veterans, widows/widowers, or spouses of honorably discharged veterans who have service connected permanent and total disability are encouraged to apply. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Will be providing armed security services for banking clients in the Wenatchee area. -Will provide visible deterrence of criminal activity at Banking Centers. -Will patrol entrances, observing and reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: WorkSource will refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications. These qualifications must be addressed specifically in the application materials. - Associate's degree or higher, in any discipline - Service in the active duty military, military reserves, or National Guard - Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security related experience, law enforcement experience or prior military experience with honorable discharge. - Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets - Meaningful and verifiable work history - Washington State Security Guard License. - Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing. - Must be at least 21 years old as required by Washington State laws for armed security staff. At least 18 years old for unarmed. - Be able to work flexible schedules - Must have ability to report to duty in a timely fashion as well as the ability to move to another location as required by employer. - Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment). - Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable - Must pass a State licensing test if you will be driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle - Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if you were in the military - Must be able to successfully complete all training required for the position. - Must be to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors - Must demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public. - Must demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public. - Looking for candidates that demonstrate maturity, are highly dependable and motivated to pursue a career in this field. HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE: - Will be assigned to work 40 hours per week. SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS: - Competitive pay with starting wage will be determined by prior work experience and related training.
